Shipping

Orders are generally shipped in 1 day after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed Mon-Thurs. during normal business hours. Purchases will be delivered by ground transportation, USPS.

Return Policy

All items are sold with 100% Guaranteed Satisfaction. You must notify us for a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA#) by e-mail on returnable items within 10 days of receipt of order to get a credit or replacement. No refunds or exchanges after 10 days. We do not reimburse or issue credit for shipping charges on returned goods.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment. The cancellation may be done by phone or email (sales@militariapress.com) and include the name the order was placed under and the order number at the top of the receipt. The order will be cancelled and the payment refunded. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
